Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

- Free standard shipping on orders over $75 AUD
- Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location
Shipping rates may vary depending on order size, weight, and destination.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
Sydney Metro: 1–2 business days
NSW Regional: 2–3 business days
Interstate Metro Areas: 3–5 business days
Regional/Remote Areas: 5-7 business days

Order Tracking
Once your parcel has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Returns
Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on skincare, cosmetic, or personal care products once they have been purchased, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@arumcosmetics.au with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Change of Mind
We do not offer returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection
- Reactions due to individual skin sensitivities or allergies
As skin can react differently from person to person, we recommend reviewing ingredient lists carefully before purchasing.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timeframes are outside of our control.
If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we’ll gladly assist in lodging an enquiry with the courier.
